Serving people in real means is part of the manifesto of PTI and it is being ensured at every level and its ample proof is Prime Minister and Chief Minister portals through which thousand of complaints and grievances of the public are being redressed regularly. State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and In charge PM Complaints Cell Ali Muhammad Khan said this while chairing a meeting in Attock. On the occasion Deputy Commissioner Attock Ishrat Ullah Khan Niazi and other officers were also present.
State Minister said that this government under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan was taking revolutionary steps for the service of the people and redressal of their complaints and it’s ample proof was Prime Minister Portal through which thousand of complaints were being received on daily basis and action for their solution was being taken on priority. He said that he himself on the directive of Prime Minister was holding meetings and open Kutcheries at division and District level to listen directly to the complaints and problems being faced by the people. He said that it was the duty of all the officers to listen to public complaints and give them due respect and protocol as this was the only solution towards prosperity and development.
He directed the heads of all the departments to establish special counters for for public and at least on daily basis for one hour listen to public complaints and also nominate focal persons and asked them to start awareness campaign in this context. The Minister made it clear to all officers that public complaints refereed to them from PM complaint cell or any other higher authority must be entertained properly and resolved with in the given time and never try to reply in a bureaucratic manner .
He said , we all are here because of these people , it is our duty to listen to them as Almighty Allah will hold us accountable for this. He also emphasized upon the officers not to wait for the call of any minister , MNA or MPA and keep on doing your duties with devotion. Ali Muhammad Khan said that MNAs and MPAs must also play their role in this context. The Minister on the occasion listened to public complaints and gave orders to the concerned officers for their solution and redressal on priority and inform him about redressal of the grievances.
