Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance Miftah Ismail says that Pakistan’s Growth Rate has reached about six percent as Country’s Economy is improving.
Addressing World Islamic Economic Forum in Karachi, the Advisor said the government has taken major steps to address poverty and unemployment issues, despite problems being faced by the Business Community.
He said government is taking various steps for the promotion of Industry and Small Business. Miftah Ismail said the incumbent government has added 12 thousand Megawatt Electricity to National Grid during the last 5-years.
Later, in conversation with Media, the Advisor said that Pakistan has enough Foreign Exchange reserves to pay the International Monetary Fund for Loan Installments. He also hoped that Pakistan will achieve its Economic Goals with the passage of Time.
