Punjab health teams and mobile unit have arrived in Peshawar to help in controlling dengue fever.
This was told at a meeting held in Peshawar with Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra in the chair.
He directed the concerned authorities to chalk out a proper strategy to control dengue at the earliest.
Meanwhile, a delegation led by Punjab Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir called on the Governor.
He informed the governor that the Punjab Health teams will work in close coordination with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government to eliminate dengue virus from Peshawar and other areas where the virus have been found.
