North Korea launched a single, land-based intermediate range ballistic missile that was tracked for 37 minutes before it landed in the sea of Japan.

U.S. President Donald Trump reacted to the latest missile launch on twitter saying “Hard to believe South Korea and Japan will put up with this much longer. ”

He added “Perhaps China will put a heavy move on North Korea and end this nonsense once and for all”

South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in said the military is analysing the missile launched earlier in the day.

Moon said in opening remarks at a National Security Council meeting at the blue house that he was deeply disappointed North Korea had launched the missile only days after he and U.S. President Donald Trump called for restraint.

Japan has also blasted North Korea over the missile launch.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Pyongyang is ignoring repeated warnings from the international community.

He said he plans to ask the Russian and Chinese top leaders to play a more constructive role in dealing with North Korea.

The Chief cabinet secretary of the Japanese government, Yoshihide Suga said Japan cannot accept North Korea’s repeated acts of provocation.
