International Court of Justice has requested Pakistan not to execute Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav till the final verdict.

In its verdict after hearing arguments from Pakistan and India, the UN court said the matter falls under its jurisdiction.

Judge Ronny Abraham, president of the court ruled till final decision by the court the matter is sub judice.

The court also asked India to present sufficient evidence to demonstrate Jadhav is at risk of being executed before they complete the hearing.

Kulbushan Jadhav was arrested red-handed from Balochistan on March 3 last year for involvement in espionage, terrorism and sabotage activities against Pakistan.

He was sentenced to death by the field general court martial in April this year.
