US President Donald Trump has expressed willingness to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. He said this in an interview with a Tv channel.

A day earlier, Trump praised the North Korean leader as “A Pretty Smart Cookie,” saying he was not to be underestimated.
The white house issued a statement following president trump’s remarks, saying north korea would need to meet many conditions before any meeting between the two leaders could take place.

Spokesman Sean Spicer said Washington wanted to see the north end its provocative behaviour immediately.
While North Korea says that the US is responsible for bringing the region to the edge of a nuclear conflict, while vowing to boost its nuclear arsenal “at the maximum pace.”

The spokesman added that in light of the US’s increased pressure on Pyongyang, the north will start to bolster its nuclear deterrence at maximum speed.

He further said, the north’s “Powerful Nuclear Force” is the only thing that stands before the US committing “the same Brigandish aggression act in Korea as what it committed against other countries.
