Babar Azam scored 72 runs while Younis Khan scored 58 to complete his 10 thousand runs, giving Pakistan boost against the host team.

Misbahul Haq and Asad Shafiq are not out at 5 each.

Earlier, Mohammad Amir bagged six wickets as West Indies were bowled out for 286 runs in their first innings.

West Indies had resumed the innings at 278 for nine before Mohammad Amir wrapped up the innings by dismissing Shannon Gabriel.

Roston Chase remained top scorer with 63 runs knock, hitting seven boundaries and one six.

Jason Holder made unbeaten 57 while Shane Dowrich scored 56 runs.

For Pakistan Mohammad Amir finished with career-best figures of 6 for 44 while Yasir Shah picked two wickets.

Wahab Riaz and debutant Mohammad Abbas took one wicket each.
