British Prime Minister Theresa may condemned the use of chemical weapons in Syria and said she is appalled by reports of the attack in Idlib.

She said if it is proven the Syrian regime is responsible for the attack it will be further evidence of the barbarism of the regime.

May also urged the organisation for the prohibition of chemical weapons to investigate the incident and said there can be no future for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in a stable Syria.
