Australia was 377 for seven at tea on the second day of the pink-ball first test against Pakistan in Brisbane.Rookie Peter Handscomb raised his maiden test century and was on 103, with Josh Hazlewood not out at eight.

The Australians lost the wickets of Steve Smith for 130, Nic Maddinson for one, Matthew Wade 7 and Mitchell Starc for 10 in the first session. Wahab Riaz and Muhammad Amir took three wickets each while Yasir Shah grabbed one for the green shirts.
