Balochistan Education Minister Abdul Rahim Ziaratwaal said that uplift of the education sector was utmost priority of the incumbent government. “As many as 800 new primary schools have been opened in Balochistan, a total of 450 primary schools were upgraded to middle level while 250 middle schools have been given status of high schools,” he said while talking to APP here.Terming the education sector a back bone of any country, he said that government was utilizing all available resources to bring about positive change. Minister said that uplift of women folk is equally important for the government as 14 colleges for girls would be functional within next coming weeks. Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal noted that enrollment drive was launched in the province during which more than one lakh and sixty thousand children have been enrolled in the school.
