District Coordination Officer Attock Rana Akbar Hayat has said that Kashmiri people are fighting for their right of freedom and India is crushing their right.Although United Nation has passed many resolutions on Kashmir issue but India is not abiding by those resolutions .
He expressed this while leading a walk on Black Day of Kashmir.The walk started from Tehsil Municipal Administration and ended at Fowara Chowk.
The walk was attended by Additional District Collector,Attock Ikram ul Haq, nominated Chairman Tehsil Municipal Administration,Shiekh Nasir Mehmud,Vice Chairman Malik Tahir Awan and by other notables of the area.
Later,a function was also arranged by Tehsil Municipal Administration, Attock at TMA hall in connection with Kashmir Black Day.
The function was presided over by Additional District Collector,Attock,Ikram ul Haq and attended by Sheikh Nasir Mehmud,Tehsil Municipal Officer,Attock Aftab Ahmad Khan,President Anjuman e Tajeran Rashid ur Rehman,notables of the city and by NGOs.
Expressing on the occasion,the speakers said that United Nation must implement its resolutions on Kashmir to mitigate the sufferings of the innocent Kashmiris,as it is their right to live and move freely.
They said India must follow United Nation’s resolutions on Kashmir regarding plebiscite and must give them freedom which is their natural right.
The speakers said that Pakistani nation is with Kashmiri people in their struggle for freedom from India and will render them all sorts of cooperation so that they may be able to achieve their right of freedom.
